What's to say about a device like this! Well, I am a home user without much mechanical experience! This most definitely is a "professional tool" as simple as it appears...it is indeed that simple. But I just purchased a Dodge "Sprinter" RV. And the battery location as is the case these days is in a terrible position for filling! I liked the idea of the "auto shut off". Well so much for a "better mouse trap"! I still spill the water in the last two fillers on the battery, because the the physical size of this item is much more than you need at home. Because the battery is located at the back of the engine compartment right next to the hood spring! A 16 oz. bottle ( 1/3 the size it is now) attached to the "filler" mechanism would work much better.

This pitcher pours only the necessary amount of distilled water to fill batteries, very important on house battery maintenance on a boat. I tried to get this in several auto stores and not one sales person knew what I was talking about.

I have an electric car (2 passenger golf cart for use in my retirement community) with 6 batteries. I'm a retired single female with no 'Honey' for my Do List and it's been a real drag filling those batteries up.
This little goodie blows away that 'turkey baster' thing I was using and it automatically stops filling the cell when it's at the right level. If you've got more than one battery to fill this is for you! I love it!
